90% of the Patsornchai Tour fleet was bought between the 2019 and 2021, while the other 10% is no older than 6 years. Our entire fleet is also very well-maintained and parts are regularly upgraded.

Yes! In the case of events, you may inform us beforehand of any wrap media you would like, and our expert team will apply it on for you. We are proud to have been part of many soccer teams, idols, and company events, and you may see for yourself here.

For Bangkok and its suburbs, or any journey less than 300 kilometers, we provide 1 driver. If the distance exceeds this, we provide 2 drivers to switch between in order to prevent fatigue.
This does not come as standard but may be requested.
Our driving team prepares for every trip by researching the best route to take, and for any necessary detours, should the necessity arise (accidents, inclement road conditions, etc.). On the off-chance something unexpected were to occur, our fleet comes with hands-free GPS software that the driver may use safely.

We are not able to provide you with a definitive reply, as this would depend heavily on the number of reservations we are handling at that moment.
All cancellations must be done with at least 7 days’ notice. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 4,000THB, deducted from your deposit. A full refund is possible in exceptional cases (Act of God, natural disasters, etc.)
You may bank transfer us, banking details will be provided with your quote; or by cashier’s check to Patsornchai Land and Transport Company.
Yes, all rentals must pay a 50% deposit of the quoted price as the booking fee.
Yes. Each seat is insured for 50,000 baht in the case of accidents, and 200,000 baht in the case of death. This does not include mandatory government insurance for passenger vehicles.

All of our quotes are intended for 12 hours of service. Every hour thereafter incurs surcharge of 1,000 baht per hour. Under certain circumstances (vehicular problems, bad traffic, etc.), we will not charge for overtime.
Patsornchai Tour will not provide refreshments but you are welcome to bring your own. Some of our models have a hot/cold water dispenser for your convenience.
